WTF is wrong with Vircurex? They are not responding or processing a deposit!

I had sent some NXT 3 days ago and still havent received it in my account. I have sent them an email to their customerservice@ email address 3 times and the last one pretty mean and serious. They havent responded to nothing!

I have sent them the transaction ID
The link to track to the payment and all that. But nope. No response!

So is there anybody know what to do in this case?

I used to really like them but still I sent my btc from btce and bter and I think the problem is on btce and  bter withdrawal but I hate vircurex for never answering their email.  All these sites are acting like scams recently.
