Bitcoin Maximalism - No more altcoins?

Hello, I have just heard about Bitcoin Maximalism.
This theory says that Bitcoin will be the only one cryptocurrency which survives in long term. Every altcoin is a sh*tcoin and everything will be replaced by Bitcoin.
For me it is very scary to think about it because I have many many "good" altcoins  .
What is your opinion?

Interesting, but I dont think that Bitcoin will be able to do everything. Its blockchain has problem with payments only and blockchain is not good only for payments  .
