How many hours will last my transaction if I will set 1.1 sat/byte within 10 blocks in Electrum?
You mean something like this?
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ Using this site's statistics & forecasts, a 1.1 sat/b transaction *would be* confirmed within 5 blocks. ( ~~1 hour), do note that this is just an expectation, and not really that reliable in some cases, since the site, and the mempool are updated rather frequently.
Just now the estimations of 1-2 sat/b transactions confirming went from 0-5 blocks to 0-10.
