That depend on the token you hold . If that provide utility to market than it's better to hold that no matter how much it sink. But if that token it's just baked on hype then you must sell that. Because they can run away from market anytime

It's really up to you on how much profit you want if its okey for you to earn just 10% then go and sell your coins. Its really up to the hodler if he/she is happy with his/her profit  But its better to sell more than 50% gain profit to maximized the charges of buying and selling per transaction
