According to their press release, Smart Valley is discontinuing ICO as they've found an Investor. Check it out on the website if you haven't seen it yet https://smartvalley.io
The project I believed in and invested in turned out to be a scheme for collecting money or whatever. I'm pissed with the situation and it's my fucking money at stake. I mean, will they even pay back to those who invested during the ICO and presale stages?
Guys, what do you make of it? I just hope that karma is a bitch

if they're not scammers, and they got another investor, clearly you'd get your money back, or - better yet - you might get your stakes from the ICO, but they simply wouldn't accept new investors.
don't you think their "new investor" would shy off if they were scamming people?  Grin

I stoppe d understanding what's going on with this project. To begin with, they increased hard cap and people started wondering what do they need more money for? Now I've been encountering some information about them cancelling it. Although SmartValley might not be a scam, and i'm not omniscient, but I cannot stop think that it is all just a big fraud Embarrassed

I really hope that they've got that investor and these are not just words to calm people down when they're messed up. I'm ready to sue them if I'm not getting my money back in a month as promised.
And that guy Voronin, the mighty founder, I believe it's him to blame and hardly anyone else. That guy - I hate his guts. He'd better stayed business coach or whatever he us

When was the ICO held? It looks like an old project...
I suspect they canceled it because Crypto fell so bad that they are unable to fund it adequately.  If this is the case then I wonder why they are lying about it. It won't cause them anything to tell the investors what really went wrong with an apology. I really don't see anything special about the project that would make an investor aquire it.

The website specifically states that investors would be refunded. So give them the benefit of the doubt.

I not only think they owe investors, myself included,  an apology, I think they owe us a kind of compensation, too.
Look, when I invested during presale I got some bonuses. Now, when I have my money back (AND IF I HAVE MY MONEY BACK), that'll be without bonuses. That goddamn Voronin... I see a perfect opportunity for him here: first he benefits on the crypto exchange rate, then keeps the margin to himself and now he says: sorry, we're done here. Or he could just use the money for some projects of his own, we'll never find out. What I know is that I dont want my money being used by someone who plays successful businessman around, and I surely don't recall giving that bastard a zero interest credit line.

I wish that investor of theirs had better judgement. Idk why in the world somebody would want to buy that piece of crap:D I said it once  and I'll say again: this project would amount to nothing anyway so it's good thing it failed now
