Hi all
I have been mining since october 2013 and I decide that I wanted to start a small group buy for a Antminer S2.
I have actually a Antminer S1 and everything run perfectly.
I know when I started in Bitcoin mining I was sad that I can buy a big machine so this is the main reason I want to create this goup buy.
To give the possibility to small miner to get nice price per GH.

So I will put 80 shares of 0.1 BTC for 14.5 gh/s.

The 40gh that left is to paid the fee of transaction, electricity and internet.

75 Shares Left

You can paid at this adress. Everything will start when I receive the S2 from 112bit.com (Around 1 mai)

Adress to paid : 1GtcYooTbgCsutEUDq8fq5DGyBGxy5dBiV

I also created a google sheet to keep a follow on payment. Payout will be each day and proportional of your shares.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dcBcHFrY6qGhjOQFbu2a9UWOXLsLGNjTMykvdtIuIk0/edit?usp=sharing

- Valkir - 5 - Paid

If I don't get enough BTC on 30 of april, every one will be refund.

I will sell the S2 around 1 Janv of 2015. I will then split egal to each share.

Some comparison of cloud mining. (16-04-2014)
CEX.io
1gh = 0.00929
14.5gh = 0.134

PBmining.com
1gh = 0.0064
14.5gh = 0.0928
But 5 years contracts

cloudhashing.com
85gh = 999$
14.5gh = 1.233
1 years contract

The S2's can be overclocked to 1.2TH assuming they don't change the chip count. So you are making 2+BTC and 240gh/s for running this GB.

"To give the possibility to small miner to get nice price per GH"
You shares come out to 1.66BTC($850) per 200GH/S. You can buy 2 Antminer S1's for that price.

People would be better off using PBmining or CEX.io. I assume after it is not profitable you will split the sale of the S2 with everyone?

Nobody will even come close to ROI except you.

First thank for your suggestion.
I will overclock it so I changed the gh from 12 to 14.5
You forgot about the cost of electricity in your calcul but that ok.

Then if you look to CEX.io, you will paid 0.00939 for 1 gh.
0.00939 * 14.5 = 0.136 instead of 0.1

Finally, yes its to help new to buy low gh since buying a Antminer u1 cost 0.037 for 2.2 gh

14.5/2.2 = 6.59 U1
6.59 U1 = 0.244 BTC

So it's half what you need to paid to get enough U1 to mine 14.5gh without USB hub, electricity cost and internet fee.

So I think it's fair enough.

Thank
