How do you recognize Washtrading and Spoofing attacks?

Yo guys,
These manipulation attacks occurs quite alot in the world of cryptocurrency and it leads to many traders jump in thinking of making some profit but they result in a loss.I would like to ask pro traders how they recognize these attacks from organic activity.

The recent Episodes of FCOIN clogging the ETH network and propping up their trade volume with washing trading.Much of my personal opinion on this will have to do with the reputation of the exchange.If a relatively low-level exchange is presenting figures that are in comparison with big exchanges, i can almost conclude it is wash trading.
