I'm looking to buy roughly $1,000 in bitcoin and then immediately use it as USD to deposit into an account.

So, not interested in investing just as currency.

I'm not very internet savvy and am having a difficult time accomplishing this.
Want to buy the $1,000 worth with a credit card.

Is this feasible?

You can use it as a currency but please note that most merchants does not accept it; limited usage

You don't really have to be savvy, you just need to understand the basics (you can search in google).
