if you have verified bittrex account you do not need to use it. it will be doing something good in future. it will provide better service but i have no idea about this. i want to know more about this.

I think you should register a bittrex account and verify it. Because it is extremely easy.
You can use the wallet to store FLDC at https://counterwallet.io/. I do not know much about FLDC so I have many tutorials for you
