Market now is undervalued because it was oversold, BTC with its development in the market should value higher than the current price.

Well based on my own opinion and technical analysis bitcoin is still in the bearish stage we saw a little increased in the past few days above $4000 but right now the action of bitcoin is in the downtrend.

If we are looking on market cap value, market slightly bullish. After drop below $100billions on market cap value, right now at $140billion. Its good start for bullish momentum and i think we will see bull run in next several months.

I believe in the occurence of bear market and also bull run market. Now its just that the altcoins are bouncing back ita price from the bearish market. Fluctuation is a normal market activity, so altcoins prices bounces somehow.
