Maybe I am just confused right now, but looks to me you are asking below face value 1/100th BTC is 0.01 BTC not 0.001 BTC. Or did you load it manually with less than its denomination?
So you should probably ask way above 0.01 BTC if you want a fair deal and if this coin is indeed loaded with 1/100th BTC.

Yes. this was my first intro into physical coins which i got on ebay during the frenzy of late 2017.  i think the seller loaded it, but they did disclose the discrepancy between face value and content.
