Which major banks / investment firms accept accounts from Crypto companies?

I am searching for a bank / investment firm to open an account with my company. We are interested in those entities that have access to investment vehicles such as bonds, stocks, PMs, Govt. securities, etc.

I don't think anyone will be able to reply accurately since you didn't mention your country. Doing it could help a citizen to tell you since he could now better than someone who doesn't reside in the country.
You could take a look if there is a way to open an online bank account in Estonia, Malta, and Germany
