List of all stable/pegged cryptocurrency assets available?

So far I know of these USD-pegged assets.

USDT
USDC
DAI
CKUSD
PEG:USD

And I just read about pegging assets to crypto with Peg Network [https://medium.com/p/e156c226ac6c]
But what else is available?
And WHY DO WE NEED TO MANY USD Pegs. We just need one verifiable one. right?

I think the term asset is a bit too boad of a definition, but the above list tries to take into account decentralized stablecoins. It's probably bwhat you are looking for, OP.
