12 hour deposit delay on CEX.io.. Still waiting..

Tried to deposit half a BTC today and shortly after they announced a "wallet upgrade" from 10-2pm GMT.. Which they revised to 3pm at 2pm *SIGH*

My deposit has 88 confirmations and an hour ago they moved the funds off my deposit address... Still no deposit to my CEX.io balance though :/

Support had a wonderful response: "This ticket will be forwarded to the CEX.IO supervisor for more thorough investigation of your issue."

How thorough investigation is needed to credit a simple deposit with the receiving address showing 88 confirmations? *SIGH*

Anyone else with money stuck in or out of cex.io?

Any successful deposits or withdrawals today?

Hi, same problem here. I deposit 0,99 BTC at 11:31 am CET to my CEX.Io Wallet. The transaction has over 50 confirmations but they don`t arrive at my wallet.
And nearly the same answer from support: Thank you for contacting us. I will forward this ticket to our tech team so they can fund your money back. We apologize for inconvenience.
