BFG Miner Parameter

I am a newbie and just received my first ASIC miner today. I am having a problem installing it. I am not sure if I have the parameters correct. URL stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 (for slush's pool) and user name and password as it appears  on my summary page. XXXXXXX.worker1 and XXXWH437. after I enter password the box goes away and I don't get the opportunity to enter my target device. I am using a ASICMiner Block Erupter Sapphire Miner - Advanced Heat Sink. the device is also compatible with CGminer and BitMinter in the event someone suggest I try other compatible miners. Thanks in advance.
