Hello. I prefer someone in the US. Rate is Btc-e rate plus 2% you're responsible for fees. I need this done today. 2.45Btc.
Edit: I've gotten a lot of inboxes. Read my ad. The rate is there. Escrow I'll be used. There is absolutely no way to "start small" with western union because they charge fees for EVERY TRANSACTION. I'm definitely hip to every scammers game so don't try it. At all. I'm not sending first unless I'm sending to escrow, unless I've traded with you on LBC or pax before

OP wants you to cover WU fees, which I find weird because it is the exchange method he is looking for...so really he should be responsible for the fees.

If you are willing to go below the market price (minus 5%), and cover any sending/escrow fees then I would be able to help you. If you are near a Walmart then W2W might be a cheaper option.
I realize that this is not quite the price you are looking for, however my offer would allow you to receive cash quickly, would not need to waste your time with scammers and if my trading history is any indication, the trade would go very smoothly.
