Balances messed up at Cryptsy

Unbelievable how unstable this platform is and how they can continu to exist...

Just noticed my balances were showing negative while i should actually have several 100k doges,  50vtc,some btc, etc...


I'm getting really stickand tired of their bullshit! Only reason iI'm still using that crappy platform is the huge volume there.
Look at coinmarket.io, they say their platform is still in beta but it's already far superior to cryptsy stability wise.


For f sake cryptsy get your shit sorted, this can not and this may not continu like this!

Wouldn't b suprised if Cryptsy has been hacked a couple of times.

Balances should be corrected. We did some updates to our software today and during the updates balances may have appeared incorrect. Please let me know if it is not corrected

I had the same issue but I have to say after raising a ticket the problem was fixed in under 30 mins!

Fastest ticket resolution I have ever had from Cryptsy - dare I say it - I was impressed.

Cryptsy are definitely improving and I know people give them flak but it is only a matter of time before they have all the issues sorted.

Yeah I was little annoyed when I saw my balance turned negative this morning.
Wrote a support ticket and they immediately resolved the issue.
All back to normal now.

IT seems they resolved this quit quickly for lots of users this time but still... how the F* can you guys let this happen over and over again???

We apologize for the situation. We made a major software update today and a few users were not audited after causing the incorrect balances. Another system wide audit is going to be run. PM me your username and ill get you fixed up
