Hi guys, is a honor for me to present you all the following information. In this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3399733.msg35594102#msg35594102 I had posted the first foundation for the blockchain technological development for Latin America, and it is a pleassure for me to announce you all that we will have our firs great event in Colombia. Though the seminary will be in spanish, I am sure there are many people active in this threads that they are from Colombia or near countries.

I hope you have a solid team in this case, all your good ideas are very hard to develop in the crypto world, so far a bitcoin foundation has not been created, is it true that it doesn't exist or I haven't found
