Phone specs: http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_lumia_520-5322.php

Edit* Those specs dont seem to mention that it is a 4G phone but it is, It is advertised on at&t go phone website as a 4G device.

Only used for about a month, No scratches on the screen but some small blemish on the back rubber case, Works perfect and has insane battery life.

Make offer, Must cover shipping costs.

USA customers only please.

I can buy it from the Microsoft store for $60. With free shipping. http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Nokia-Lumia-520-No-Contract-for-AT-T/productID.283842800

Seeing as it's used, I'll initially offer $40 for the phone itself and $5 to cover shipping costs. Must use escrow, however.

I'm gonna have to find someone who's willing to escrow between us. Someone both of us trust, probably from this list of escrow people here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108716.0

I would use the website Coingig, but they're shutting down, so it'd be risky, plus I don't know if you can put anything up on Coingig now. There's also the option of listing it on one of the sites listed here, but that might be too much of a hassle. http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1uek02/is_there_a_good_bitmit_replacement_yet/

I'll try to get an escrow for us. If I can't find one, then I'll reevaluate.

Maybe this guy: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=43085 He says in a post in that thread he does free escrow and he seems to have a pretty good trust score.

He's offline atm, but I'll send a PM his way if the person I contacted doesn't send me a PM soon. Shoot him a PM though, just in case my person, DannyHamilton, doesn't respond.

I'm available as long as skilo considers me to be a trustworthy escrow agent.

Have you both agreed on a bitcoin exchange rate? I'll send out an escrow agreement within an hour of when I hear what exchange rate you plan to use (or what specific amount of bitcoins will be paid).

Let me know if there are any special considerations that need to be listed in the escrow agreement (you can just send them via PM if you want).

Here are some common details that can cause conflict if agreement isn't reached ahead of time:

  • What shipping provider will be used? (UPS, FedEx, etc)?
  • What shipping method will be used? (Next Day Air, Priority Express, Priority two-day, First Class postage, etc)?
  • Will the package be insured?
  • Will a signature be required on delivery?
  • Will a tracking number be provided for the shipment?
  • When is item expected to be shipped out?
  • What is the expected delivery date?
  • Is the seller expected to compensate the buyer if he becomes unable to deliver?
  • Is the buyer expected to compensate the seller if he backs out of the transaction, decides to refuse delivery, or ships the product back?

An updated escrow agreement has been sent via PM to both parties.

Please send me a PM indicating your acceptance of the updated terms, or let me know if there are any other adjustments that are necessary to the escrow agreement.

Once both parties have indicated their acceptance of the agreement, sonikku13 can fund the escrow address in the signed agreement with 0.075 BTC.

0.075 BTC received to escrow address: 1AxD9yjn5uRkNGgiZt4R6EYgTEJ6nbRiDm

https://blockchain.info/tx/f2d6f61403a3d13759324377fd531d015444633fdd5dfc70cc328ce87d2911e5

The transaction funding escrow with 0.075 BTC now has at least 2 confirmations.  At this time, I'm willing to guarantee the security of the bitcoins against being double-spent elsewhere, stolen, or lost.  If something should happen that results in the loss or theft of the bitcoins from the bitcoin escrow address, I will replace them from my own funds.

skilo, please ship the equipment to sonikku13 as agreed and supply sonikku13 with the tracking number.

sonikku13, please let me know when you've received a valid tracking number from skilo.
