lets say i am mining and found a block BTC, LTC etc.
exactly what happens and how much data in or out from my miner software and what happens where can i learn more about block finding and following processes? we developing stratum proxy

Start by reading the Bitcoin Whitepaper written by Satoshi Nakamoto.

Next after you've completed that, move on to the associated pages in the bitcoin wiki.
