My question is does GOX still charge a fee for trading BTCs back and forth between GOX accounts? I am having theory what GOX might be doing?

There is no fee to send BTC from GOX to GOX.

Gox is probably going to sit on the side lines and rebrand themselves or something. Its too lucrative not too.

I have seen the same - they are done. Their website doesn't work and their twitter also doesn't work

They have also deleted their entire Twitter account, Also their support section is gone. THE SUPPORT Section is located in a different server and providers, ZENDESK, so this mean even if the site was down, it wouldn't affect support.
