I'll buy the gift cards on demand and sell them to you for the Bitcoin equivalent.  The advantage to you is that you can use your Bitcoin to buy things from stores that don't accept Bitcoin without having to pay fees.  The advantage to me is that I can potentially pick up small rebates when purchasing these cards, and I get the ability to effectively buy Bitcoin with a credit card, rather than wait several days for Dwolla transfers, etc.
