Poverty in human society is mostly artificial. If you don't believe this, take a look at the ants, bees, butterflies, birds, lions, antelopes & all animal societies... where do you see poverty or such shameful dependence?
In my opinion, the goal may be to make people poor & dependent on an upcoming evil system. Individual prosperity could be criminalized in such system.
