Some people may think I shouldn't post this, should move on and not pay attention to it, but I choose to do so because the community should hear my voice on both the subject of TeeGumes as well as our own products.

I have done business with multiple, multiple people in this community and none of these issues have ever arose.  This is clearly targeted harrassment because TeeGumes did not get his free panel.  He said himself in his other comment reply "had you sent me the free one (and let him keep the other), I would have bought more things."

After TeeGumes decided to leave me negative feedback because I would not send him a free item, I figured it was best to not only expose this behavior, but inform you of our company, our products, and me and my family's stance behind these products.

First and foremost, TeeGumes had a 'slight print error, but not very noticeable' (quoting), and we told him he could mail it back and we'd send a free replacement (typical protocol).  He then said he wouldnt worry about it, that he really liked the piece, would keep it, and that we could send him the new 'Roots of Energy' panel for free, to "make up for it."  Sorry, but that is not how returns worked.  So this escalated to him leaving negative feedback and making false claims that "panels warp."  One panel has slightly warped out of hundreds sold.  This was from BitcoinNewsMagazine's panel after he placed it under an AC vent.  We mentioned we'd be more than happy to stand by the product and issue a replacement or a refund on this, as well.

and this quote is inaccurate:
"Buyers have had to craft their own straightening mechanisms"

No.  One buyer did, BitcoinNewsMagazine.  None of the other 200+ metal panel buyers have had to craft anything.  Nor have complained to me about anything.  I do imagine if you directly blow cold air on aluminum, it has the possibility of bending.  That does not mean that having the aluminum inside your air conditioned home will cause the panel to warp.

I find it very odd that TeeGumes (of all people) has a panel that has suddenly warped directly after I refused to send him a separate item as a replacement.

About Us:

My wife and I started our company in 2012 and began offering space and science artwork, eventually travel, quotes, etc.  We partnered up with large sites like Touch of Modern, Art.com, Space.com, Discovery Channel, and more.  I've worked my butt off attending tons of conventions across the country and have met thousands of smiling customers.  And over the years we've been featured in numerous press articles and have shipped thousands upon thousands of posters and now hundreds of canvases and metal panels.

I'm sorry that TeeGumes does not "believe" our items have ever sold out.  I find that a bit funny.  You can go to the website and search by "best selling" to see which items are selling the quickest.  Not to mention a lot of our pieces are partnered with other artists.  They are owed proceeds.  It would make no sense for me to sell only one item and pay them their net profits for all ten that "never sold."  This is very silly.

We stand behind our products 100%.  I have a 7-day return policy on all of our work.  So if you open your box, as he says, and you are not happy with your piece, you can send it back for a full refund.

I've never once denied a refund or a replacement to a customer in six years of operating this business.  Not one single time.  My wife and I believe in quality control, positivity, and high customer service.  This is rare to find from a company and that's why we choose to be different than others.

I'd also like to say I got into Bitcoin because it is my PASSION.  I did not get into Bitcoin because I'm here to crank out a buck.  If you do not understand this, you simply do not know me, my morals, or previous achievements.  I wholeheartidly believe that Bitcoin is the answer to inflation and the answer to poverty.  I understand fiat, that it is backed by 'faith', and simply cannot survive. And thus I believe that creating artwork for this space allows for further eyeballs and further adoption.  For example, we've had people come into our home (such as pest control), comment on pieces in our office and say "Is that that Bitcoin thing?" and then we get into a discussion about it and I get the opportunity to explain to them what it actually is, outside of the Media's fake story pushes.  And that is adoption.  In addition, I've bought thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of collectibles right here on this forum.  So clearly, I'm not here just to sell things.

When you attack my business, you attack not only me, but my wife as well, and our integrity.  We have always done the right thing by our customers and have always remained professional along the way.  We have gone above and beyond for our customers.

We will continue to create, build, and help contribute to the adoption of Bitcoin and the crypto-space as a whole.

You'll find there are many proiminent people in the Bitcoin space that own our artwork or have happily stood beside it and praised it.

Here's some fun pictures:

At the end of the day, it's very difficult to run a business.  I personally spend at least 14-16 hours working on Lynx per day.  Whether that is through marketing, customer relations, packaging and shipping, printing and manufacturing, or whatever it may be.  I respond to all e-mails within just an hour because I'm that dedicated to what I do.

The most recent pieces will wrap up our offerings until closer to December, along with a fun Black Friday promo item we have prepared for this community (and several giveaways along the way).

I wish you all the best and I look forward to bringing you more beautiful pieces over the next several years.

Kind Regards,

Frank & Nikki
