My miner sais i'm hashing 2200Mh/s stable, 0 rejects, 0 errors.
Pool reports speeds from 700Mh/s up to 2800Mh/s.

When i look at miner i can see that new block are arriving very fast. Sometimes i have no "accept", in betwean new blocks. Sometimes new block comes in a matter of a seconds.
What i'm guessing is that difference is because of all the new blocks. Miner idles betwean two blocks and when new block is found to quick miner needst to wait more etc.

So my question is:
1) Am i right about reasons for such a difference in hashing speed
2) If i am, how can i "fix" it. Is there a way to somehow get jobs preloaded or something like that?
