Have enough activity and post, and your timer will decrease/gone. Also, are you sharing your internet with someone else? because that could be another reason since they might post here too.

Hi. You need to wait 360s event after logging in, and after searching, so have that in mind, but soon you will be able to write, kind freely, because there will be only 90s waiting time

These are spamming countermeasures. I suggest you continue being an active member of the community, and you will find that the posting limits will go away. I'm Sr. Member, and I don't have issues posting.
