Would anyone else also using Coins-E mind trying to make a bitcoin withdrawal and letting me know if you have any luck...?

Would really appreciate it Smiley

My latest two Bitcoin withdrawals are also stuck in the Initiated status, not becoming confirmed.  No TxId (token field) is generated.
I have filed two support tickets with coins-e so far no response on the status or progress (also 24 hours later on the first ticket).
I get the impression the support desk is under-staffed none of the previous tickets I have filed in the past have ever had a status/progress update although the issues did clear up eventually...

It is not only the withdrawls being stuck ..  Embarrassed
I sent BTC to my coins-e account (something I did on a almost daily basis) and they have not been credited either. It has been 36+ hours now and no sign of support doing something.  Angry

Hey there,
I can't withdraw BTC either, tried, got "Invalid address provided, Please check the address.", tried two more (definitely valid) adresses and got the same.

Second: I deposited some 20k Dogecoins about 2 Days ago, never showed up even so confirmed 2000+ times and now:
Dogecoin has dissappeared from the funds menu entirely...

And yes, I did contact support...quite frantically...including spamming their fb-profile after getting no reponse at all...

A)hope theey fix it, B) will be gone with my funds the second they do... With such customer support/information policy it's only a question of time till they close down for good!
Only hope it's not today.

small update:could withdraw my auroracoins...

Bitcoin has been removed from the Deposits/Withdrawals list it is one of the coins down for maintenance on coins-e so I assume they are working it.

I don't think coins-e is a scam site, just need to update their status or be more responsive to the customer support issues, otherwise we will pull our hair out.

Customer Service is the point!
I mean a disclaimer on the site, maybe with a nice roadconstruction-sign or some stuff and all would be nice.

Should be normal as it takes pressure of support.

Only explanation why there's none: They just don't do any support, so it doesn't matter how many tickets flow in.

I also don't think it's a scam site. (Customerservice there would be better, so as not to arouse suspicion.)

That stuff lives of building trust and working like that? Coins-e will be a goner for sure!

I've just tried another withdrawal, worked smoothly.
must have been a problem related to something and limited to the other day, yet they still have to fix it.
hope they'll do it soon. i saved the screenshot of the initiated withdrawal but null txid just in case.

reading an old conversation on twitter @SaifAltimimi points at this guy as the owner of coins-e:
