That's what I was thinking, but if that is indeed the case the OP is asking an American to break the law.  It's not like the manufacturers of NV optics just came up with some arbitrary policy to not ship their wares overseas.  Shipping one of those optics overseas without an ITAR license is a violation of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

Optics Planet has some of the best retail prices in the industry on almost everything they sell.  Even wholesale prices of many of their products are only slightly less.

Another thing, your first post comes off like you're begging for $12k gift.  Or, attempting to scam someone.  Just sayin'

If anything we are going to charge you for our service provided.

For instance, I would provide this service for you for +10% ..

First you send me the BTC @ 150% expected.
Then I sell the BTC on coinbase.
Then I order your goggles after the fiat hits my bank and have them shipped to you.
Then I would refund you any overages (minus the +10%) in BTC after I put it back into BTC.
If I get fucked in any step of this process then you wait and eat the cost.

Sound reasonable?
