No Bitconnect is not from Gujarat, India.  Basically bitconnect was expanding its network internationally and their presence was in so many countries including India. If anyone promotes Ponzi schemes and steals investors money by scamming with greedy offers than they deserve the Jail. Finally he got arrested and lets see the victims can get their money back or not??? I heard he is offering the Victims invested money back in INR..
