XE.com, how do I sell bitcoins on it.

I end up on this page once I log into xe: https://transfer.xe.com/Account/auth/home.

It then says "I have" and a dropdown menu that suggests you select what you have, "I want" which suggests what you want with a dropdown menu again. The difficulty is, it gives a search function, but I can't input "bitcoin" or "xbt" without it returning no results. Do I have to do kyc or something to exchange bitcoin? They list it as if they have the exchange rate on it so I guess they allow people to trade with it...

Anyone got any suggestions?

XE is mainly a website that shows currency rates. They can transfer (send from one person to another) only 60 currencies.
If you go to currencies page and press "see more" (for any continent) you'll see the list, but I also made a capture for you.



As you can see, Bitcoin is not among the currencies they can transfer (exchange?).


Suggestions? Well, use another service that can do this job. Proper exchanges like Coinbase, or debit card like Wirex, or localbitcoins would be the clear directions. But since you are Legendary, I guess you know these options...


Edit: I just noticed that they tell they can transfer 60 currencies, but the list they show has only 38. LOL! I guess that this is the difference between advertising and reality...

I can't use coinbase, they want too much information - more than I've seen people use for literally anything else they could do.

They want address, employment infomration, ID...

I have bought bitcoin on bitbargain.co.uk but I need somewhere to sell it now .

There are sites that just show the prices. XE is one of them. They show average prices for "conversion", but they don't "exchange".
Just think of preev.com, or even better, of this multi-converter.

I've been using XE for years when I went abroad to show an average price between two certain currencies (local currency vs my country currency or local currency vs EUR) and I didn't know that they do exchange too.
And from what I understand, what they do is money transfer, like Western Union. Of course, when you do this internationally, Forex Exchange may occur. Just Forex doesn't handle Bitcoin.
Also, when sending money, the sender may not have to show that many papers indeed, but the receiver may have to show them (edit: at least the ID)
