Calling all investors and lenders - insured wallet startup

Australian co launching insured bitcoin wallet service, having secured a $20M AUD insurance policy from a well known insurer.

The service: Online Bitcoin (soon other coins) wallet service that guarantees user deposits up to 20BTC per account. We provide browser encryption (thanks to CP) + bank grade security features for added protection. Users will be able to send/receive, buy/sell, as well as learn all things crypto-currency with a bitcoin library of sorts to be catalogued on site. An idea we have floated is to run workshops on and offline for users interested in bitcoin who can join one of our sessions, learn more than the basics, and walk away with a bitcoin wallet with a small amounts of coins to get them started.

Management: strong management team with experience in banking (existing relationships with bitcoin friendly institutions), cyber security, and business administration.

Completed: Front end - 100%, Backend - 95%, demo available upon request through PM. With capital, there is less than 2 weeks development work remaining to move to testing and public beta.

Investment by principals to date: 85 BTC

Additional capital required: 20 BTC - 35 BTC or $15,000 - $20,000.

Terms: Equity or debt arrangement. Incorporated in Australia under the laws of ASIC. Investor(s) will be added to the official shareholder roster and will receive monthly or quarterly dividends voted on by stakeholders. For debt arrangement we are happy to pay up to 20% per month.
