Hello , I have a pending deposit on Zyado made on 4th April, of 4000€.

I have contacted Zyado and no answer from them, and on internet there is no phone to call or any other way to contact them directly.

Is anybody having this same issue ?

I will put this case on a lawyers hands this week.

It's been two weeks since I have requested EUR withdrawal and 10 days since it has been marked as "Excuted"... but nothing on my bank account

And their email does not answer - complete silence 

Does anyone know if there is any other way to contact zyado, except their email contact[at]zyado.com ?

Has anyone had a SEPA withdrawal recently from there?

Hello Piotr, I just answered an email to another user about my experience with Zyado, posting it here :

Hello! so sorry for the late answer, yes they did it. For some reason they had my email address blacklisted, so I was sending several emails and get no answer. I finally used a different address and they answered 2 days later. I posted an angry comment on their facebook, so the guy told me that I had to delete that comment to get my money back (?) and after transferring, they would delete my account.

They transferred the funds to my bank and I didn't even log in again.

Stay away from that exchange. They are not thieves, but are highly unprofessional people to deal with.

Well, nothing I've tried to contact them works - no answer, no money.

Fucking assholes.
