Vertcoin transaction lost "Not yet redeemed"

Hi. Hoping someone can help me by explaining who I need to speak to in order to get my coins out of apparent limbo.

I sent Vertcoins direct from a Coinedup wallet to a Cryptsy wallet, but they did not arrive. Blockchain explorer says they are "not yet redeemed".

Can someone tell me what this means, and do I speak to Coinedup, Cryptsy or someone else to "redeem" them!

My coins arrived....took 8 hours or so, but I'm happy enough.

I have similar issue, it has been more than 8 hours and still no coins.
