How to send EOS balance

I've made a new EOS wallet from https://zeos.co/en/signin and Scatter (Google Chrome ext.), and then activated using bitcoin, but I'm confused because there is no menu to send EOS balance, how do I view balance and send EOS?

I made this thread because until now I have not found a way to receive and send EOS, hopefully there is a complete guide on EOS and all tokens based EOS.

I can't help with scatter chrome extension because I don't use it, try to use scatter desktop version, it's including token transfer (receive and send button)

You can join with scatter extension to any web interface like https://www.myeoskit.com/?#/tools/transfer and do all the operations you need: transfer, buy/sell RAM etc.
