can it get any worse then what it already is.? I mean 10Rs are granted and 1 rupee is spent , can it go down any further then this..? hmmm Yes certainly it can

depends on how the rules are made.
If every business involved uses the same (or a pre-declared set of) bitcoin address for all of their transactions (similar to bank accounts), then it can only get better. But who takes such an initiative to make those rules is the question - probably none.
