What is the best chiose between Antminer Z9 mini or Baikal X10 ?

That depends on the kind of coins you like.
The x10 has different algo. You can always switch. I personally like quarkchain. You need to calculate how many quark or whatever the coin you want to mine you get.

Z9 mini has a good ratio on hashes and wattage. But many equilhash coins have already forked. so the choice is limited.

The altminer is a more expensive investment. It can give you more profit with less power consumption provided that you find a suitable coin. On the other side, as already indicated, you could be left with nothing to mine.
