What is the best chiose between Antminer Z9 mini or Baikal X10 ?

That depends on the kind of coins you like.
The x10 has different algo. You can always switch. I personally like quarkchain. You need to calculate how many quark or whatever the coin you want to mine you get.

Z9 mini has a good ratio on hashes and wattage. But many equilhash coins have already forked. so the choice is limited.

The altminer is a more expensive investment. It can give you more profit with less power consumption provided that you find a suitable coin. On the other side, as already indicated, you could be left with nothing to mine. With the baikal there is less profit and more power consumption (roughly double the wattage of Z9 mini), but if nothing else you will have a selection of chose to mine. http://cryptotomine.com/coin/algorithm-Quark
