What is this?  If you are talking about decentralized airbnb type of platform, Beetoken is working on that.  Crowdvilla is also doing something similar.

I wanted to mention Beetoken too, although I personally don't like the project. In my opinion they are nowhere near competing with Airbnb, and if they somehow start to become a threat to them, Airbnb will simply implement blockchain too. I remember before ICO it was overhyped, but since then it is down (like almost everything else, but more).

This is great that we get accommodations on a budget-friendly offer too on top of that. But there are other projects that are working on something similar like this too. Although it is good to see that we are using tokens on things that are outside the orthodox methods but maintaining ethics too on top of that.

Well there are other tokens too that have been doing the same thing that you have mentioned in the post. But Airbnb seems to be in a better place than the rest of them.

Airbnb seems to be doing quite well. Given there are other tokens in the same sector, but they are nowhere near Airbnb in terms of competition.

There are several projects like this already like Atlant and there is even Openbrix which I think could also be working alike of the above projects. If Airbnb will tokenize their platform, it may probably be the first platform to have a working system unlike those project which is currently being developed. I'd like to see them all achieve their goal so we can see which one dominates and be used by people.

Decentralized systems are mainly created to resolve those ordinary tasks for everyday uses. AirBnb is the most known platform for travelers and is actively running almost all over the globe. As it is still heavy for some users in some countries to use the platform because of all the restrictions in banking services (some of them are not banked at all). If a lot of project appear to solve the payement issue using crypto, am just wondering why airbnb doesn't add this option as it could credit user wallet with the cryptocurrency, after subtracting the service fee just like normal !?
