If you really have read the rules then you would know that registering new account after you get banned is forbidden, (except if you write only in meta).
Seems like you didn't really read them even after you got banned, right?

When I created my account, i got my firsts merits and activity

Then I saw that my account was valuable to me, and many people got banned for not following the rules.

I immediately read all the rules I could find, and followed them the best I can
I'm impressed how people get banned for stupid reasons like plagiarism
