I posted this over in the official Zeitcoin forums, but I figured I might actually get more help here.

I have a question that I hope one of the devs can help me with related to building the zeitcoin qt wallet from scratch on windows as a learning experience. I've already built it in linux as I am more familiar with and primarily develop in a unix/linux environment but I'm having a horrible time building it for Windows.

I've done what I consider to be a lot of research on the subject and have followed a few guides and assembled all of the necessary build tools, (qt, minwg, boost, berkely db, openssl, required dll's, etc). I even modified an easywinbuilder script that I took from another coin in an attempt to get it to work but alas no luck. I actually do get the build process to complete and end up with the zeitcoin.exe but launching it always results in a error.

If there is a concise set of instructions or if someone with experience is willing to help me, I'd be extremely grateful. Even though this is just for learning, I'm in too deep to give up now...haha
