I noticed 2 links, one is https://changepro.io and second is https://listing.changepro.io/exchange while in announcement thread second link is hidden under "changepro.io".

I am not sure why I can't find any info about their "fact":

This is a SCAM, stealing people's identity is a scam and a crime.
