Why do they need an ICO for that? Doesn't seem that interesting to me, all I see is that they have a proof of concept, without any sort of working product.
Any investment into this would be considered extremely risky.
They are going to develop a system where you can send them your precious metals and they'll store them for free.
Yeah, I wouldn't want to trust a random company with any sort of valuable items, they have absolutely no experience with this.
In exchange, you'll basically get IOU's and you can then trade those?

It seems to me that most ICO's do not actually need an ICO or a token/coin at all. Most of them are clearly just trying to raise money, no necessarily to scam but still. I feel like for the most part is not worth it to invest in any ICO right now unless it's really, really strong and there aren't many of those.
