There's no transactions only one, however few weeks ago the amount of the wallet was higher, .. it's not a huge difference but as you can see, there's a difference.

This is how freicoin works.

It has a sort of anti-proof-of-stake which is meant to dissuade big bag holders from just sitting on coins.
