I know that we are not allowed to post referral links, but are we allowed to post articles,guides, or whatever website(that are owned or not owned by the poster) that contains referral links?

I post links to my sites, and they contain promotions for sponsors that I use. The small amount of revenue helps to pay for hosting and domains.
