How to know is it token/altcoin listed in any exchange?

I have various tons of tokens in my wallet, 90% of them have no value price on ethplorer.io. some of them I still found on small exchanges like idex, crypto bridge etc... So far I've checked manually, but it's very hard for more than 10 different tokens and wasting a lot of time.

does it exist any service like coinmarketcap where I can find information about token if listed to any exchange?
