[HELP] block erupter cube is displaying all X's

been this way for about a month

it was running smooth for over a month until it just stopped, and i don't know why

had to try a couple of different outlets to get them all o's, but now they're all x's on any outlet i try

worst part? i knew about mazacoin before mining began and wanted to mine it

pretty depressing stuff lol
