I'm a newbie . When i make bounty campaign . I can't see signature in my profile . Why?
Sometimes i just see a few campaign signature for newbie but i can't signature in my profile . I really hurry. It's make me sad .

you have to increase your rank to have signature in your profile.

If you look deeper then you can find a number of campaigns that take newbies.

Post quality content and you will get merit. When you get merit your rank will go up and you put a signature.

Agreed! For the OP, you need to take time read and understand the new thread mention aboved. The new guidelines will freely reduce spam bots and non-quality posts. A better resolution and make this harmonious forum for all

From now on you can't participate in signature campaigns being newbie.
However, if you have a pumped up Twitter account you can always join and promote campaigns there.

Forum admin has made some changes to the rules and now you have to follow the new rules. So I guess now only Jr and up ranks can put signatures to their profiles. To achieve the Jr rank you need at least 1 merit.
