Have you post somewhere a wallet address you are still in control of? The exchange "wallets" does not count, as you don't own the private keys /and the wallet/.
If you have the private keys of the address, you can easily sign a message.

You will have to get a signed message, at least to prove that the account is yours

Also you'll have to get a DT to red tag the account so it'll be somewhat useless to the hacker who hacked the account

It takes time to get a hacked account back,please be patient and follow the due process

Since OP said he has locked the account already, it should be inaccessible to the hacker as well.
