There are a lot to countries which deny their people the possibility of using cryptocurrency, they forbid it. And I actually do not see any reasons why different governments are doing such a thing. I have heard plenty stories when people were doing all they can to get the access to the cryptocurrency sites and newspapers. In my opinion, people will reach what they want in any case, but they can be hurt and make some damage, so is not it better for everybody to allow people doing what they want especially if there is nothing bad and criminal in the cryptocurrency world.
Maybe I am wrong and do not see many things... well, in that case I will be happy to read your point of views and to understand your arguments.
Would you make cryptocurrency out of law if you were a leader of the country?

Many countries that do not want to legalize the crypto currency, think that it can shake the economy, but again, as I think, these countries are just waiting for a better day to open their doors.
And as I think that this is the time and the Crypto currency is legalized, there are a lot of reasons for legalizing it. Now everyone is waiting for a big bang, lyuo crypto currency is now specifically kept at this level and is being prepared for further action.

Indeed true but its a matter of sovereign issues! But mostly those countries that implementing  Cryptocurrency Ban is not a "Democratic Country" or in other language the other side of the Governance like Kingdoms,Socialist, etc. But we cannot forced them since those governments is more serious in implementing their Laws and their citizens must adhere or follow those laws or else you end in jail.

If whole world outlaw crypto that would be like implementing sanctions to some country, and end up with disaster for us! Trade crypto hand to hand is maybe possible in distant future, but right now we still need governments banks and fiat!
