What is the Difference Between Coin and Token?

Actually all coins and tokens are cryptocurrency, even though many coins don't function as payment methods.
All of these characteristics are in Bitcoin. And because Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, coins and other tokens are also considered as cryptocurrency, even though coins and tokens do not meet the characteristics of a currency.
While Tokens are representations of ownership of assets, which generally use other blockchain technology. Tokens can be said to be all forms of tradable assets, for example: commodities, currencies.
