Any help here? I had an open market trade and was on Polo when I hit refresh to get an error that my IOP has been banned. When they finally let me in I was wrecked. Support has responded with "Operational Interruptions" can not be compensated. This was not an Operational Interruption it was Poloniex banning me still without a reason and refusing to do anything about it. If you have an open margin trade and get banned how are your trades not closed? How can this be the system for polo? Ban people at random no explanation except Interruption then say sorry but thanks for your feedback! Any direction here? TYVM

This must be a weird excuse. Operations interruption or whatever it is, it is their fault, as a customer it's non of my concern. I wounder how far you have gone through their customer service?

PS: Please move this topic to Scam Accusations to get better response.
